Shipping Policy For Kayaks:
We do not ship new or used kayaks/standup paddleboards. Kayaks can only be picked up at either of our store locations.
Once you place an order, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm the store and arrival time.
If you want it shipped, you can contact a transport company directly to make arrangements. We will be happy to package the kayak for transport.
We may offer local delivery of kayaks by arrangement; please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Policy for Non-Kayaks:
You will receive a notification that we have received your order, as well as a notification when a shipping label has been created with the tracking number for the carrier of your choice.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
If the item is not in stock, you will be notified of the backorder status within 24 hours.
We ship physical products within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska (other than kayaks).
We do not ship International orders.
